We actually made it out before 11 AM!  Alon almost forgot his computer... but we managed to get in the car with everything we needed, we hope!  Neal and Alon drove to Alon's friend Kim's house for brunch, in Fairfield, CT.  It was a great time; Kim got us great bagels, and cooked us eggs, too!  It was a nice way to start our trip.  We then drove to the "Mystic Country" region of Connecticut... to the Mohegan Sun casino.  It was up and down, but an overall fun time! 

We are meticulous about keeping statistics during this trip: We log miles to the tenth, and minutes in the car [and who drove], people met, states visited, and even trace every single road we have traveled on our road map. [Find the results on the stats page!]

After a short stop at the casino, we were on our way to Boston, Mass!  We met Alon's friend Kai from Harvard, who Alon worked with last summer in the Bronx. After parking, we went to Harvard Square, and Kai gave us a quick tour of Harvard Yard.  After that, Ajay and Anjuli [remember them from Washington, D.C.??] met us, and we all went to a rooftop restaurant together. 

Alon's friend Pete met us later, and we went to Kai's place to settle down before going out in Cambridge.  Harvard's "senior week" is this week, and not many students are left in town, but it was still a fun night! 

We need a good night sleep, so we look good for the Red Sox TV show tomorrow!  See you at Fenway...
